Carl is a senior manager having held positions as a director, CEO, CFO, senior business consultant for both listed and private companies both here in Australia and overseas, across multiple industries, including mining, energy, logistics, agriculture, and not-for-profit. He has a comprehensive career profile in business planning, strategy and execution, project evaluation and management, digital transformation, continuous improvement, financial governance, treasury and human resource, and a business footprint across Australia, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Since 2015, Carl embarked on an exciting business journey in central Africa and assisted one of the most significant mining corporations in the region to transform their traditional business operation with digital and data communication. The mining company has now been equipped with a modern communication infrastructure, digital systems, innovative digital solutions, and business intelligence. This has assisted management in improving safety, compliance, and production management.

Carl is currently working on commercialisation and risk management. He will be applying his wealth of experience in bringing innovative business technology and digital solutions to market. These solutions include:
